Responsibilities:

• Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to clean various surfaces, floors, and fixtures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, adhering to detailed cleaning protocols.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Report any maintenance concerns to the team lead.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to company dress code and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough cleaning.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying moderate weight.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must.

Schedule:

You will be contacted as needed based on project requirements and client requests. Hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends.

Mālama Aina Property Services Group prioritizes professionalism while maintaining a casual and comfortable work environment. We encourage our employees to dress in a way that is clean, neat, and appropriate for the tasks at hand.

Here are some general guidelines:

• Tops: Collared shirts, polos, blouses, professional t-shirts (without offensive logos or wording)
• Bottoms: Jeans (no rips or holes), slacks, skirts, shorts (knee-length or longer)
• Shoes: Closed-toe shoes are preferred for safety reasons. Sandals or open-toed shoes are acceptable in certain situations, at the discretion of the employee, as long as they are professional in appearance.

Please note:

• This is a general guideline, and specific situations may require adjustments. For example, if attending a client meeting, you may want to dress more formally.
• If you are unsure about the appropriateness of your attire, it is always best to err on the side of caution and dress more conservatively.
